Rosa María Ricoy Casas 

She is a Lecturer of Political Science at the University of Vigo (Uvigo) and Teacher with Venia Docendi at the UNED of Lugo. PhD in Law and History from the Uvigo and Degree in Political Science. She was Vice-Dean of Economic Affairs and Infrastructures and Coordinator-Director of the Degree in Public Management and Administration from 2015 to 2018, and Secretary of the Court of Guarantees (Uvigo) from 2011 to 2014. He has taught and lectured at various Universities and Public Entities (INAP, EGAP, FEGAMP, Sorbonne, King’s College, Corvinus Budapest, Kielce Poland, Firenze, Sao Paulo, Mar del Plata, etc.) and at outstanding Congresses in Political Science (IPSA, AECPA, APCP, CEISAL, GIGAPP, REPS, etc.). He has received several awards from entities such as the Galician Bar Council, the Alternativas Foundation, USC,  or the Spanish Association of Political Science. She is currently Secretary of the Doctorate in Creativity and Social and Sustainable Innovation (CREA) and Coordinator of the Teaching Innovation Group «ODS Cities and Citizenship», and  teaches  several  subjects  of   Degree, Master and  Doctorate  related  to  Political  Science,  International Relations, Philosophy  and  Theory  of  Law,  Urban Law, and Underwater Cultural Heritage. 

Captain Ádám Farkas

PhD. research fellow, Faculty of Military Science and Officer Training in the University of Public Service

He was born in Hungary, 1988. He received the M.S. degree in legal and political sciences from Széchenyi István University, Győr, Hungary in 2012 and the Ph.D. degree in legal and political sciences from his alma mater in 2018.

From 2013 to 2018, he was a legal advisor of the Hungarian Ministry of Defence. Since 2014 he is a soldier of Hungarian Defence Forces. From 2012 to 2015 he was assistant lecturer of the Department of Legal History at the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences of the Széchenyi István University, Győr, Hungary. Since 2015 he is a research fellow of the Department Defence Law and Administration at the Faculty of Military Science and Officer Training in the University of Public Service, Budapest, Hungary.

He is a member of several hungarian scientific association and the Public Body of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. Since 2021 he is member of the Eurpean Centre of Excellence for Countering Hybrid Threats Expert Pools.

His research interests include the constitutional and regulatory framework for the defence and security functions of the state, the defence and security system, new types of security challenges, cyberspace security threats and multidisciplinary analysis of all these. 

Roland Kelemen

PhD.  senior lecturer,  Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences of the Széchenyi István University; research fellow, Faculty of Military Science and Officer Training in the University of Public Service. 

He was born in Hungary, 1985. He received the M.S. degree in legal and political sciences from Széchenyi István University, Győr, Hungary, in 2015 and the Ph.D. degree in legal and political sciences from his alma mater, in 2022. 

From 2015 to 2022 he was an assistant lecturer and since 2022 a senior lecturer of the Department of Legal History at the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences of the Széchenyi István University, Győr, Hungary. From 2017 to 2022 he was a research assistant and since 2022 he is a research fellow of the Departmant Defence Law and Administration at the Faculty of Military Science and Officer Training in the University of Public Service, Budapest, Hungary.

His research interests include the theory, history and contemporary challenges of exceptional power, as well as international legal issues of cyber security and cyber warfare, and the significance of cyber operations and cyberspace in hybrid conflicts and their connections with the right to defense.

Monique Falcão Lima

Master’s degree in Right to the City and PhD in Theory and Philosophy of Law – State University of Rio de Janeiro; Visiting Researcher at the Max Planck Institute. Member of the Executive Board of the RC Human Rights of the IPSA \ UNESCO. Professor and researcher at Santa Úrsula University. President of the Animal Use Ethics Commission-CEUA/USU.

 Cilaine Cristina Lourenço da Silva 

 Criminal lawyer, partner at Paulo Machado & Advogados. Graduated in Law with emphasis on State and Society (PUC/RJ). Master in Economic Law from (UCAM/RJ). Specialist in Criminal Law and Criminology (PUC/RS). Extension in Corporate Governance and Compliance (UERJ). Professor of Criminal Law and Child and Adolescent Law. She started her career as a tax lawyer. She was an advisor at the Public Defender’s Office of the State of Rio de Janeiro. She worked on Special Projects for the City of Niterói, after being approved in seventh place – among four thousand applicants – in the selection process of tests and titles for Public Management, carried out in six stages, by “Vetor Brasil”. In the exercise of this function, it contributed to solving complex problems – such as public security – and to promoting social transformations with a large-scale impact. She was a member of the Municipal Council for the Defense of the Rights of the Elderly – COMDDEPI, in Niterói – RJ. 

Oscar Pérez de la Fuente

He is Associate Professor of Philosophy of Law and Political Philosophy of Carlos III University of Madrid, Spain. Graduated in Law in the First Graduating Class of Pompeu Fabra University (1990-1994). Doctor and Extraordinary Award of doctorate within the Program of fundamental rights in the Carlos III University of Madrid (2003-2004). He authored some books and several scientific articles on cultural pluralism, free speech and legal interpretation. Coordinator of the “Cultural pluralism and rights of minorities” workshop. Chair of the Research Committee 26 on human rights of IPSA, International Political Science Association

Dr.D.Ravindra Satish Babu

I am Dr.D.R. Satish Babu has completed from higher education to PhD from University of Hyderabad .I have joined as Assistant Professor in the year 2009 in department of Political Science and Public Administration, YogiVemana University, Kadapa ,Andhra Pradesh. In 2001 I have promoted as Associate Professor, I have acted as a coordinator during 2012-2016 in the  Department of Political Science and Public Administration, YogiVemana University, Kadapa. At present I am acting as a Head of the Department of Political Science and Public Administration since 2020 to 2022, 30 November. I am working since 13 years of experience in teaching research and extension programmes. I have been active  in all the three aspects of  higher education namely 1.PG Teaching 2.Research 3.Extention in department of political science and public Administration, YogiVemana University, Kadapa

At present, five PhD scholars are pursuing research under my supervision. I was a visiting faculty for UGC sponsored lectures in Loyola Degree college pulivendula Kadapa. He has published one book E –Governance Initiatives in the Information Age in 2017, Manakin Press, New Delhi. I have published 12 articles in various refereed journals. I have organised two day International conference entitled “A State in a Digital Age: The Transformation towards Good Governance “which will be held from 27th to 28th March -2019 sponsored by ICSSR, New Delhi.

 I have also made presentations in three International Conferences, thirty National Programmes and five Regional Seminars and Conferences. Under my leadership the department has been conducted one research methodology training programme for SC/ST sponsored by ICSSR New Delhi. He has organised two national conferences   funded by Yogi Vemana University. Under his leadership he has made   the presentation the departmental report before the NAAC visit in December 2015 in the capacity of coordinator. 

I teach five subjects namely 1. Comparative politics 2 Research Methodology 3 Good Governance and Information Technology 4.Issues in Indian Administration 5.Political Thought of Dr.B.R Ambedkar. The interest of research area on 1.Governance 2.Policy Studies 3.E- Governance, Human Right.

Zuhal Unalp-Cepel 

She is currently assistant professor in the Department of International Relations at Dokuz Eylül University. She is also the Erasmus coordinator for the graduate students. In 2008, she received Finnish state scholarship (CIMO) for PhD research, and studied in the University of Eastern Finland. She received her PhD from the Department of European Studies at Dokuz Eylül University, in 2013. Her research interests are civil society, migration, democratization, European identity and Turkey-EU relations. She has presented papers in different international conferences and workshops (IPSA, ECPR, ICSER, CINEFOGO) in Turkey, Italy, Lithuania, Belgium and France. In 2016, she was awarded with academic promotion from Council of Higher Education in Turkey. As a member of the Faculty of Business Commission on ‘Relations with Civil Society Organizations’, she takes part in voluntary projects with UNHCR and UNICEF. She worked as a project staff of a Jean Monnet Network Project namely POWERS Network. Within the scope of the Project, she presented papers in the workshops organized by University of Bordeaux, France (2019), Dokuz Eylül University, Turkey (2020 and 2022) and University of Seville, Spain (2021). Currently, she is one of the two project managers of “Leave No one Behind Project” maintained in collaboration between Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Business – UNHCR Izmir Office.

Lilian Castiglione Felix Silva

Native from São Paulo, Brazil. Master’s degree in Paris in Social Sciences, Development Economy and Public Policies Evaluation at the Sorbonne University (Paris, France 2018-2020). Lilian remains linked to the University to keep researching and maintaining herself updated. Her research interests are in initiatives to reduce social inequalities, education improvement, international cooperation north-south axis, poverty eradication public policies and all subjects related to human life improvement level.

From 2016 to 2018 she was living in Lyon (France) achieving another Master’s degree in the University of Lyon, in Education and Learning processes. Before that, in 2015, she achieved her Graduation degree in French Studies at the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP).

Prof. Jedrzej Skrzypczak 

He is Head of the Department of Media Systems and Media Law, Faculty of Political Science and Journalism, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, Poland. He graduated in 2018 the Annenberg-Oxford University Media Policy Summer Institute. From 2012 to 2016, the Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board – Polish Public Regional Radio Station in Poznan, Poland, attorney at law in Regional Medical Board. 

In 2016 and 2022, he was nominated as an official candidate for the National Broadcasting Board. From 2015 to 2017, he provided expert advice to the Polish team on the project «Media Pluralism Monitor», at the Centre for Media Pluralism and Media Freedom – Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies European University Institute. Member of the International Political Science Association (Research Committee 26 – Human Rights), and Vice President of the Polish Press Law Association. Bartosz Hordecki 

He is  doctor habil. and assistant Professor at the Faculty of Political Science and Journalism at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań 

He is a member of the Executive Board of the Research Committee 50: Politics of Language (International Political Science Association)

He  specialises in studies on language politics and policies, political philosophy and political rhetoric. His research also concerns the evolution of political and legal cultures as well as transformations of key-concepts and methodological approaches in political and media studies.

Monika Jablonska

PhD student in the discipline of social communication and media sciences at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. Author of the dissertation «Media competence in the context of contemporary media convergence». Co-author of scientific research «Media broadcasts during the COVID-19 pandemic as a predictor of social disinformation and fear» and also a contractor in the project «Journalistic Role Performance». Research interests focused on research areas related to media education, media and digital competencies and convergence of media users.

Piotr Jablonski

Ph.D. student at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan in the field of Computer Science, conducting research on automatic content comparison model in news media in particular Internet and Television. Contractor in multiple scientific grants funded by national and EU funds. Currently involved in research in the project «From urban legend to fake news. A global detector of contemporary falsehoods» as a part of the Infostrateg project.

Jesús Mora

Postdoctoral fellow at the University of Valencia 

He was born in Madrid (Spain) in 1990. LL. B., and B. A. in Political Science at the Carlos III University of Madrid, he obtained his Ph. D. in Advanced Studies in Human Rights from the same institution. His predoctoral research focused on egalitarian theories of justice and addressed the conflict between luck and relational egalitarians in order to propose a pluralistic account of egalitarianism that embraces essential moral commitments from both currents. That investigation lead to a book published by Dykinson under the title “¿Igualdad para qué?” _(“Equality for what?”). 

Nowadays, Mora holds a postdoctoral position at the University of Valencia, earned through a project by the Spanish Ministry of Universities and the Carlos III University of Madrid, and financed by the EU NextGeneration Funds. His current research interests include new trends in egalitarianism, social relations in capitalism, and the New Reading of Marx. He has also published academic works on feminism, migrations, deliberative democracy, and work in the gig economy. 

Mora has also engaged in several activities to divulge philosophy among undergraduate students, with an ongoing reading seminar on Marx’s Capital, and the general public, thanks to his participation in the Estrategia Minerva podcast.
